Let’s look at the overall specifications first:
The Adjust MyFlavor 40K Disposable. It is one of those vapes that aim to revolutionize the vaping industry. What got my attention is its distinct 3-level flavor adjustment system, which allows you to combine two flavors to a level of your preference. It did not sound that fancy until I heard that the mixing can be fully personalized.
It comes in eight variants, each with two carefully selected flavors to complement each other. You can have more of one flavor based on what you like or go with a 50:50 mix, which is made possible by a single button press. This feature took the extra brownie points from me.
The other features are what you may find in most disposables, but some are wild, like the 40k puff count! Here’s what worked and what didn’t work for me.
It looks pretty cool to me, although I’m more of a fan of the Geek Bar Pulse X design, which I think is the best one on the current market (to each his own). But that doesn’t mean the AMF 40k failed to impress me.
It has a futuristic, more intricate look (somewhat boxy). Expect the duckbill-style mouthpiece on a clear plastic casing (the casing is an unnecessary bulk and a point killer for me). Your device will be dual-colored depending on the flavor combo you picked.
Weighing in at about 97 grams, it is not as compact as the Tyson 2.0 Lightweight but is handy enough. The slight bulk makes up for the puff value perfectly.
There are two thumb-accessible buttons on the side—the oval for flavor mixing and the circular for Burst mode. They are clicky and feel good.
Another cool feature that I enjoyed about this tech is its display. It’s not too big nor too small and well-lit to get you by during the day or at night. Also, when you put it to charge, there are two slim panels on the left and right sides of the device that light up, adding to the appeal.
So, as far as its look and feel go, I’m not exhilarated, but it looks decent.
Disposables don’t need a user guide, but sometimes they might be tricky, especially if you haven’t used one before. And with the two buttons and flavor mix feature, you could use a quick info.
All the specs might make this little thing seem complicated to use, but it honestly is not. You unpack it, remove the sticker on the back to open the airflow, inhale, and let the auto-draw mechanism do the work for you.
The sleek, slim display in the middle of the device is your monitor for all the details you’d otherwise have a tough time tracking. The battery levels are small cells at the top, and the liquid levels are two sets (one for each flavor) of tiny colorful dots at the bottom.
Time to do what you really want to try out, huh? Adjust the flavor! Press the oval button while looking at the display. Wondering what those pretty triangles are for? They tell you about the two flavors. Pressing that button will change the triangles. One small triangle means half the specific flavor—if you see the large triangle with the small one, that indicates the maximum of that flavor. Adjust your combo to your liking.
The other (circular) button is your power mode shifter. You can switch between normal and burst mode easily with one press. Burst mode produces more vapor and flavor and feasts on your battery faster. It also drinks the e-liquid, offering you up to 20k puffs. If you want to play it safe, you can stick to the normal mode to enjoy up to 40k draws.
Note: At the time of writing this review, I haven’t used up the vape, so I’m guessing you can continue with one flavor if the other is depleted faster.
The device works like any other. The puffs feel cooler in normal mode and a little warm when in Burst mode, but the flavor tastes a lot richer. Since it has fixed airflow, you may feel a little stuck with the restriction, but it shouldn’t be a biggie for most.
I won’t say this is my second preference because puff count matters to me a lot. So, apart from the flavor mixability, I was also interested in its massive 40k puffs. I can tell you this much: you will enjoy this vape for weeks, if not for more. Other than your chosen flavors, if you are a nicotine user, you are going to love the flavors enriched with 50 mg of nicotine, making every draw a nice, subtle throat hit.
When it comes to flavors, you will enjoy everything this divide has to offer, from Black Razz Baja to Tangerine White Gummy.
With a powerful 800 mAh battery and sustainable 20 mL of e-liquid, your experience should last a few weeks, if not months. One full charge goes for at least a day before needing a recharge, but of course, that depends on how you use yours.
Overall, the Adjust MyFlavor disposable vape is an excellent choice for vapers looking for a customizable way to enjoy lasting sessions. The ability to mix and adjust the intensity of each flavor makes it a standout pocket powerhouse. It may be a little bulky or expensive for some, but its unique features and performance make it a fine adjustment.
With the rapid advancement of vaping technology, the line that separates disposables from other devices is quickly fading. Of course, that’s not a bad thing. Disposables cut down the hassle associated with advanced vapes, so having a hi-tech disposable vape sounds pretty good to me!
